Where can I purchase in person?

I regularly do in markets around Montreal, follow me on instagram for regular updates :) Note that some products are online exclusive!

What if something is wrong with my order?

Whoops! Please email your order number (you can find this in your email confirmation) and a description of the issue to [email protected] and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Include Order Issue or something similar in the subject, please! :)

I entered the wrong address!

Unfortunately, I cannot issue refunds for the input of incorrect addresses. Please check your address when placing your order; afterwards, the address can be found on your order confirmation. If you realize that you've entered the wrong address, please email me ASAP and I will do my best to catch and fix the error if I can ❤︎

Do you do commissions?

Yes! Look under the "commissions" tab to check whether I am currently accepting new commissions ❤︎ If I am at capacity, follow me on instagram to keep up with when I am accepting them again! 

Where is your shop located?

All orders are packaged and shipped from my apartment in Montreal, QC,  Canada :)
